Estate Belvedere is ideal for large groups of friends and large or extended family Caribbean vacations. The family friendly, four acre estate offers accommodations for up to 14 guests and allows special events up to 50 people. Guest suites include their own kitchen and bath and gorgeous views of St. Croix’s lush North Shore. Private suites and beautiful, large common areas allow guest to be together in a luxury home setting and still enjoy private time as needed.

The top of the sugar mill offers a perfect site for evening cocktails and views of the other US Virgin Islands, the British Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. The large great room and sprawling veranda form a fantastic foundation for memorable gatherings. Estate Belvedere offers the largest private pool on St. Croix. Guests also enjoy all the amenities necessary to ensure your stay is picture perfect, including: A/C; Satellite TV; WiFi Broadband Internet; a fully-functional generator that powers the entire estate; chef’s kitchen with two ovens and two refrigerators; maid service; and a full-time caretaker and gardener on site.
